About this site
Updated 17 October 2026
AU EOFY Checklist is a static site about the Australian financial year that ends on 30 June 2027. It publishes a checklist, a write-off helper and eight guides. It is not the ATO and not a registered tax agent.
What this site is
The pages restate rules described by the ATO and by Parliament, as checked on 17 October 2026, and they mark the points that were only seen in an excerpt or in background research. Tools run in the browser. They do not keep a copy of what you type after you leave or press Reset.
What it is not
- Not tax, legal or financial advice.
- Not a super fund, investment, loan or insurance comparison. ASIC rules were not assessed, so those products are outside the site.
- Not a ranking of accounting software. The software guide lists questions to ask a provider. Affiliate links are off.
- Not a personal practice. There is no named adviser on these pages.
How the pages were checked
Instant asset write-off status, Payday Super and quarterly BAS dates were taken from ATO pages. The full text of the Treasury Laws Amendment (Tax Reform No. 2) Act 2026 was not read; Schedule 2 was seen as an excerpt. STP, TPAR, car limits, GST on the $20,000 test, bad debts, prepayments and stock rules are flagged in the guides.
